Coaching Logic places the greatest value in security and availability. That is why we do everything to completely protect you and your valuable coaching data.
The topics of data protection and data security have never been so relevant. All our data servers are located in Germany where the data laws are extremely strict. The IT security, data protection and availability on the servers are verified repeatedly each year through independent TÜV certification (ISO 27001).
The TÜV is convinced of the quality and security of our data centers. In 2004, our data center partner received the BS-7799 TÜV certification for excellent IT security, data protection and availability and the independent TÜV certification according to DIN ISO 27001 – and still holds it to this day.
Data Center Reliability is achieved by…
- Redundancies within the data centers
- Data mirroring between our data centers
- Battery-powered, disruption-free power supply
- Back-up power devices for autonomous operation
- Modern laser fire detectors and quenching gas
- Data centers in hidden locations
Data transfer between our site and you is achieved through a SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). SSL is an internet protocol that encrypts transferred data. It allows all your data and website interactions to be transmitted securely.
All passwords are encrypted using the 256bit Advanced Encryption Standard (AES). AES is a specification for the encryption of electronic data established by the U.S. National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) in 2001.
AES became effective as a US federal government standard on May 26, 2002 after approval by the Secretary of Commerce. AES is included in the ISO/IEC 18033-3 standard. AES is the first (and only) publicly accessible cipher approved by the National Security Agency (NSA) for top secret information when used in an NSA approved cryptographic module.
