How do I bulk add clients?

Note that the order of these fields MUST stay the same as the above list.

You can Bulk Import clients by navigating to the Companies screen and then clicking on the Clients button (below). Note that only users that have Company User rights for a company will have access to this screen. If you’re a coach and you don’t see the “Companies” menu at the top of your screen then you’ll need to get your Company User to import the clients for you.


At the bottom of your client list you’ll have see the Import Clients button. Note that this button won’t appear if you’ve already loaded your maximum number of clients as per your Coaching Logic plan.


Click on this button to go to the Import screen.


From here you can select your upload file with the “Select File” button and then click the “Upload File” button. This will then import the selected file.

How do I guarantee my private clients are kept apart from my coaching company?

When you load your clients you need to load them into a company created for your private clients. Clients within a company are kept private from any other company within the system.

In other words, Coaches and Company Users from one company cannot see any other data from another company unless they have been given specific permissions to that company as well.

How do you save passwords?

All passwords are encrypted using the 256bit Advanced Encryption Standard (AES). AES is a specification for the encryption of electronic data established by the U.S. National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) in 2001.

AES became effective as a US federal government standard on May 26, 2002 after approval by the Secretary of Commerce. AES is included in the ISO/IEC 18033-3 standard. AES is the first (and only) publicly accessible cipher approved by the National Security Agency (NSA) for top secret information when used in an NSA approved cryptographic module.
